Show Notes

The road to recovery is very personal. It can be long and treacherous; or shorter and smoother. This episode, I invited Christina Rife to share her expertise in working with people in recovery. We explore specific ideas within the substance use world, as well as strategies that she uses in her therapy room - while also sharing some of her own experiences. Here is a bit more about our guest today:

Christina Rife is a licensed professional counselor, and the creator of "So, Now What? The Journal of Self-Discovery in Sobriety". She has been sober in her recovery for the last ten years. Chrissy empathizes and seeks to activate the healing journey for women looking to improve their overall health and well-being while navigating the challenges in recovery from a substance use disorder.
